Meet the Founder
Leonardo Guzman
Designer & AR Developer
Leonardo Guzman, Leo, is the Founder of Local AR. He holds a Master of Science in Space Architecture from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano. He also has two semesters of undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering.
Leo has a wide range of skills including Space Architecture project development, 3D CAD modeling, manufacturing methodology, user-centered design, and systems engineering. He is experienced in using design and engineering software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, Blender, AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, Unity and Unreal Engine.
Years of expertise in AR development has helped him and his team successfully provide 3D modeling, concept, and product development services through Local AR.
Leo has held a variety of roles in his career, including Project Manager in a General Contracting company and as Lead Designer at 3V Company. In addition, he is a published author and conference speaker with multiple presentations in the space industry. He has also participated in several architecture competitions, earning honors in international projects.
